FBI can Arrest after Investigation:
The arrest has been carried out by the FBI, as part of the investigation of the US government agency on the contacts of the aforementioned cartel in the United States. This is Vincent Ramos, founder and CEO of Phantom Secure, a company that has previously been linked to shady deals with criminal organizations by the FBI itself.
